What is a buyers premium?

A buyers premium is an additional fee or percentage added to the final sale price of an item for auction. The fee is paid by the winning bidder, on top of the winning bid amount.

How long are the auctions?

Typically, the auction will have a 7 day duration. 

How do we advertise your sale?

Your estate sale will be advertised on estatesales.net, estatesales.org, and advertised on Facebook pages within the general area of where the auction is held.

What is a proxy bid?

This auction platform provides a proxy bid. A proxy bid is a way to place your max bid without having to watch the auction. Your max bid is not visible to anyone and will only increase if someone else places a bid on that item. Your max bid will only be reached if someone meets or exceeds the bid amount. Your proxy bid only increases depending on the bidders bidding against you.
